These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at fairwaylabs.co (the “Site”), operated by Fairway Labs (“Fairway Labs,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Site

You may view and use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site, gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Fairway Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The name “Fairway Labs” and the Site’s visual design are the property of Fairway Labs, LLC.

No warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairway Labs, LLC, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

Forthcoming application

These Terms govern only the Site. The terms applicable to our forthcoming iOS application, including any end-user license agreement, will be made available at the time of its release.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when we do, and continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
