Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Fairway Labs (“Fairway Labs,” “we,” or “us”) handles information in connection with the website located at fairwaylabs.co (the “Site”). Our forthcoming iOS application will be governed by a separate privacy policy made available at the time of its release.

What we collect

The Site does not request, require, or collect personal information from visitors. The Site does not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics services.

Hosting and server logs

The Site is served by Firebase Hosting, a service provided by Google LLC. As part of normal operation, the hosting provider records standard web request metadata such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp. This information is retained by the hosting provider in accordance with its own policies and is used only for operational, security, and abuse-prevention purposes.

Email correspondence

If you contact us by email, we use your message and email address solely to respond to you. We do not add visitors to any mailing list, and we do not share contact information with third parties.

Children

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when we do.
